An eBook Marketing Strategy Review

This is an article about the digital marketing book that I co-authored with Jason Souker. It's a book about Internet marketing, and it was named one of the "Best New Online Marketing Books" by publishers Inside Digital Magazine.

This eBook Marketing Strategy was actually an extension of our prior three-year effort to promote Internet marketing. What we discovered is that not all marketers are using this methodology. It takes dedication and the knowledge and understanding of Internet marketing to help others understand what you're doing.

You've seen all the Internet marketers who seem to know everything there is to know about digital marketing and you've probably dismissed them. If they're smart, they're wasting their time. But if they're not, they're spending money on products and services that aren't of any use to them.

Most of these authors have spent their time promoting their books with good reviews. Unfortunately, most of them don't realize the results they'll get by taking the time to learn from those good reviews.

They don't look beyond their blogs and forums, and they ignore the quality of their critics because they think they're rich or famous or their books have been published by some huge publisher. What you don't see is that these popular authors spent years training, learning, and getting out there and promoting Internet marketing. And now you want to buy something from them?

I won't give you their name or email address, but I will tell you that when I was selling my own online marketing books, I went to see Jason Souker. I know that he's an award-winning author and I had him in mind when I was writing my book. And I believe what he said when he said he'd read and give me his honest review once I finished the first chapter.

Even if he only gave my book a couple of dollars of major weight, he might have told me what I needed to hear. He certainly didn't bite on the book.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't write your own book or get someone else to write one for you. But we know that what works for others may not work for you. You need to take a little bit more time and think about the overall direction you want to go.

You can't expect to start right away with a big money maker and then find it hard to make a little bit of money. It can be done, but you're going to have to learn how to be consistent.

In Internet marketing, success is usually found after you've built up a steady, successful online business for a few years. You also have to be willing to learn as you go along and read all the things you can about the industry. The Internet business is very large and complex, and you're going to have to learn a lot to keep up.

One of the most important things that you can do is to make sure that you invest in yourself. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on business classes and seminars, but you should do a little research and see what you can learn at home.

Read magazines and join groups. Attend conferences and seminars that you can afford and that fit in with your schedule. You need to build your reputation as an expert in your field, and you need to make yourself known so that people will come to you.
